I don't understand why people hated this movie so much. It was pretty damn realistic to how I acted as a teen girl. It was cringy sometimes, but so are most coming to age movies. That's just part of growing up.

I doubt that people really hate it for the artstyle and plot. Most of them think it’s some work propaganda movie cause it has multicultural themes and a more LGBTQ friendly tone. They don’t really care about the actual values of acceptance like from friends and family, which really shows about people hating on the movie.

I’m a diabetic and those are not insulin ‘infusers’, they’re actually CGM monitors to monitor blood sugar and ‘infusers’ are usually called pumps anyway
