I saw Myron at FHL 2023 and he legitimately told me this, that he couldn't take a picture with me because then everyone would want a picture and he'd be there for 2 hrs. I understood, but mentioned that I'm in Channel Jumpstart (which he went through) and I've been studying his YouTube.
He asked me if I'd like to walk with him. The whole event, all the speakers, all the things I learned and experienced, that few minutes walking and talking with Myron was worth more than the whole event to me. He gave me a few words of wisdom that stuck with me more than everything else I learned there. I was very blessed for that opportunity.

🙏🏽 I implemented your "4 levels of teaching and learning" with my son and his wrestling program. I consistently jammed tactics and strategies to my oldest boy and he would get it and forget it. Yesterday, I saw the fruit of the input of the 3rd level "law." We implemented laws that take place during a match and my nice easygoing son looked like a straight BEAST on the mat. I think I remember him saying. All you have to do is offer a solution to someone’s problem. Which often times isn’t hard when you think about it. He says to work with your mind and not work your body into the ground. His advice is life CHANGING.
