Please help me choose between Texas Tech University and Minnesota State University, Mankato for Civil Engineering(Undergraduate). I have been struggling to make a final decision for 3 weeks now. I am an international student so the location doesn't matter much for me and coa is almost same with texas tech having less tuition fee. I have viewed tons of review and ratings through which i have developed mixed views on both. I just wanna end up on the better college with better faculty and degree value.
