I've figured it out.
Obviously one of the most defining features of this guy's reloads are the near 100% accurate hand motions and arm shake, aswell as the clouds always looking like a skybox.

What people don't realize is how ridiculously clean Python's guns are, so it looks like he's running MW2019 shaders with slight Depth of Field.

now i really want to see reloads taking advantage of gravity for minor speed-ups and slow-downs, i.e. looking up drops the grenade right out but looking down makes you actually grab it and remove it
