It would all depend on the specific structural state of the hernia. Is there a posterior abdominal myofascial abnormality? How big? etc. Likely it will not heal on its own.

Dr spino, what do you think about the fact of a hernia healing on its own if its inguinal, 3 weeks ago I started resting it when it came out and I checked it and I couphed still nothing happened now but when it happened I couphed for just a little bit and it pop right out, if you believe that it can heal how long do you think it could take as long as I keep it inside and wrap it so it doesn't patrude and break the healing process up!
