I lived in Mdina for a while. The police gave me a lift back to the house when it was raining. I was on crutches. They all looked like models.
Then I got to know the Mayor and he sorted out parking permits for me so I could park by the cathedral. We chatted for a long time and he told me he was a modern day Knight of Malta. Such a lovely guy and full of information and laughter.

One way to remember which cathedral is which is to remember that the Knights were the Knights of St. *John*, hence St. John's being in Valletta.
