This is literally their job. Maybe if the guy was busy throwing down with the police he wouldn’t have been busy killing little children. Even if you are not a police officer but a legally carrying adult, if you are near or there to see what’s going on you go and try to stop it and help those kids no matter what

Even if it was only one little kid needing help, protection and rescue for any reason, there should have been NO hesitation to immediately go to their aid! There is No excuse for any of this!

Every cop there should be arrested. If i walk away from an accident where a victim needs help then ide get arrested. But instead these cops are saying that protecting and serving is not part of their job. Disgrace.

During Buffalo mass shooting there was a security guard who was an ex-cop Aaron Salter Jr confronted the shooter trying to keep people save and died as hero. These cops at Texas mass shooting are complete disgrace I rather live like a man than a coward, when you have a little kids who are helpless being shot down by a evil person you should try to save them. I was never about defending the police after this we should make this a important issue to our local politicians and above to remove cops immunity as well. I'm tired to paying as tax payers for these incompetent of cops.

A couple of weeks ago a security guard in Buffalo NY who wasn't trained in urban warfare or had any idea about how to neutralize an active shooter went up against a shooter brandishing an AR-15 alone. I bet he was scared shitless but he went towards the shooter to try and stop him. He tragically died in his attempt but he showed more courage then every single one of those cops did at Uvalde combined. I'm not talking about the border patrol agents who eventually neutralized the shooter because they were ordered to stand down..

They have pictures on their Facebook page showing they just did that training corse.. and that they are taught in an active shooter situation it’s going to require major acts of courage or however they put it and those cops in Uvalde didn’t do that.

They paid as much attention in this training, as police do in all their training. The United States has the least trained police force out of all the economically advanced nations.

Training is one thing. Courage makes all the difference. With training or not. I guess you can’t train a person or provide all the gears and believe he will be courageous and will do his job or KEEP HIS OATH OF PUBLIC DUTY.
