9:19 for the taq polymerase, do you inject it into the bacteria? or there’s this protein that’s in the bacteria? (Pcr happens in the bacteria for replication right?

hii- 7:46 youre telling that they match suspects dna with dna in crime scene; the thing that I didnt understand is arent the restriction enzymes gonna cut the same fragments in everyone- bc u said restriction enzymes cut DNA at limited number of specific locations, so the same restriction enzyme will produce the same lenght of dna fragments as I understand-so how the electrophoresis works?
