I canceled spectrum for tmobile. Especially for the $30 deal. I'm extremely happy!

I have had T-Mobile Internet in rural PA and it works fine for me. Now I am just doing basic Internet things. Streaming, steam games etc. I liked have MLB for free since I am a big baseball fan.

Works great for my needs and the price is right compared to Comcast.

I have T-Mobile fwa Internet for a year the speed has increased from 100-200 down to 400-500 now with no down time its more stable than spectrum and even on peakload time my speed do go down to 200-300 which has been very rare. I dont restart my gateway like i had to with spectrum modem once a week. We work from home kids play on ps4 and 4k streaming on tv. I use my own mesh router Netgear

I think one thing to consider is whether or not you want to rely on one single company for your mobile Internet and your home Internet. I remember when I did the free trial like a year ago T-Mobile was doing some maintenance or something in my area which caused both my cell service and Internet to go out for a couple of days. My spectrum Internet was fine until the network was up again but that experience showed to me it’s better to have services from different companies because you don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket.

I had T-Mobile 5G here in Brooklyn, NY, and found the service extremely inconsistent. Throughput varied throughout the day - and even from hour to hour. The price was good but I didn't consider the service at all comparable to the fiber cable service that I was used to. Luckily, here in NY, the competition among providers is becoming fierce - and I will be able to pit one competitor against another based on price in perpetuity. So I can't ever see myself going back to T-Mobile unless their service were to become as consistent as a fiber connection.

I've got it. At first, we weren't happy, but the new unit works great.

Thank you so much I just switch both of my parents to T mobile home internet and so far they both love the speed of the service and cheaper price from within.

I had Comcast internet and ATT cell service. When I retired I switched to T Mobile since they had great plans for overseas travel. In Denver, I have great internet and cell service with them. Of course, I love the oversea data and texting. I pay a total for Sr. Magenta Max and internet of 95/month. My ATT bill was more than that with less services and my internet was almost as much. And, customer service online and phone is great.

In markets where Fiber is available and affordable, hands down I suggest fiber over 5G for a list of reasons that are geeked out more than this needs 😂. Overall though, all markets need this option available to keep cost and competition in check. Honestly, if FTTH wasn't available at the price I have in my area I would have gone with Verizon's Internet plan and ditched Spectrum anyways. Anyone who games and streams will see the heavy bandwidth hit from 5G when they start to have more than a handful of users streaming content.

IP addressing with the Live TV services can be tricky and something HULU should address. It is nothing the customers are doing wrong, but if HULU is going to use the public registered IP address for locations, then they are pulling the location of the service provider (if IP addressing is being used over manual address entries). In less populated areas this may put an individual in a different logical city, or in some cases even a different state depending on which cell tower the subscriber is pulling their IP address from.

I have T-Mobile Internet, it uses the same bands as do their cell phones which have priority over the modems so your speed can vary quite a bit depending on the time of day. I've seen my D/L speed go down by 2/3s during peak phone usage hours versus non-peak. At least I don't have to deal with Comcast anymore so I'm okay with that.

Have this in addition to Starlink, because they're literally the only 2 options available. I still think wired service is a much better option, with better speeds on consistency. But I'm keeping it because I'll take what I can get.

I just got it a week ago. My speed is anywhere from 550 MBPS to 80 MBPS. depends on where in the house I'm in and if it's night time. Very happy with it.

I love it 30 dollars I average 300-450mbps I game stream no issues I was paying 89.95 with spectrum capped at 300 so it’s a win but true it’s based on your location

I live in Ft. Lauderdale and I switched from AT&T Fiber over to T-Mobile. I work from home but have had no issues with Teams meetings while my family is streaming Netflix or Disney + and ADT Cameras connecting to their cloud. My speeds have been as much as 440 down. Which has worked well for me. I just spent a lot of time finding which window in the house had the best signal.

I dropped Spectrum to go with T mobile and I love the download and upload speeds. Unfortunately the t mobile router will not work with my Chamberlain My Q ( and a few other devices) because of locked ports. I will need to add another gateway to make a work around.

I just move away from t-mobile because of a policy change. T-Mobile now will fine you if you text something they don't like.

The Hulu Live issue spoken of, is a common problem with the 5G and satellite based services. It gets worse when the various sports packages are involved, who use IP location to determine blackouts. There's complaints all over the various forums about this, and as of now, there's no solution. I'll stick to the old coaxial cable.
