I put this in an elevator. And I need to program cards that allow to go to all floors. And cards that only allow to go to some floors only. Is this possible?

I pressed some keys on the keypad and backlight on one of the keys (number 9) turns off. I tried resetting it to factory default and tried turning off and then turning on the back light on the keypad but the backlight on one of the key (number 9) still stays off. Do you know how to turn the backlight on the key (number 9)?

when I connect my access control panel to to the maglock and press the exit button why do I get a continuous beeping .
