I am getting different MAD values, can't figure out why? Any feedbacks?

there is an error with your standard error calculation, you should be deducting forecast from actual, as you are measuring how high or low you forecasted, so for period 2 the error value should be 4 and not -4 and period 3 it should show -6 and not 6, its not critical to have this around the right way until you measure the PE/MPE and especially if you are adding a weight such as Sales$ or COGS or Volume etc..
