3) When you're improving one element of your health, you're improving all of it.

Ibn al qayyum rahimahumullah said,
" a religion in its entirety good character"..

So whoever surpasses you in good character has surpassed you in religion.

This is a religion that is meant to transform every single facet of your life.. ❤

If you have a Prophet saw who taught you that there is a connection between your dhikr of Allah with your tongue & heart and the foot that you enter with into the restroom, then certainly the sunnah transforms & connects & aligns everything from how you act in the masjid & how you act in your private room.

4) Excel in the quality that comes easiest to you without betraying those qualities with flaws that you ignore.

Imam Malik rahimahumullah said, " Allah has apportioned his good deeds in the same way he apportioned his sustenance.

He said, A person might find that Allah swt unlocked him the door of prayer fot that person..but not necessarily with fasting

Meaning, that they find easier and more pleasing to pray extra salah that siyam(fasting)

And an another person that Allah made charity easy for that person..but not necessarily fasting.

He looked through these examples and said, I'm satisfied. That Allah opened a particular door for me in ilm, and I hope that Allah will accept it.

2) There are recommendations for healthy spirituality in the realm of what is nawafil (voluntary) .. Which helps to mend leaky buckets

Qiyamul layl.. It has infusing goodness into every single dimensions of your spirituality & your character.

It makes you more focused on the sides of Allah and makes you more introspective, reflective and more disciplined

1) Start with fard (mandatory) for every muslim,
What is halal and haram for every muslim..

If I'm falling short, what's my game plan to get to it?

Even if I'm not yet there.. But I'm gonna acknowledge it and I'm gonna be uncomfortable with that discrepancy and trying to make progress to settle that discrepancy
