Ok here is my combo:
Simplii Restaurants (if i exceed 5k annual limit I use costco (3% not that terrible)
2. Scotia momentum visa infinite (chexy and insurance)
3. Amex SCP: gas, groceries (if loblaws i switch to rogers WE), also amex offers.
4. Rogers WE: everything else (and costco of course).
5. Neo for specific offers.
6. WS cash for non-usd foreign transactions and atms

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I really enjoyed watching it. I've been traveling more lately so my line up includes the Scotia Passport, Marriott Bonvoy AMEX and the PC Financial World Elite so I'm covered if they only accept Mastercard.

Great video! Learned a couple things - gonna have to go pick up the Simplii card.

One thing I didn't see addressed was the annual fees. Some of these aren't the best choices if you don't make use of their largest % returns sufficiently to make up for paying $150/year membership fee, more if you have a supplemental card.

great video here. can anyone else doing this kind of videos include a best card for people getting groceries exclusively from walmart? im spending the most money on groceries yet not getting the points/cashback as other people do. thanks for including that in your criteria

My favourite combo: Rogers world elite for 2-3% on everything and MBNA world elite for 4-5% cashback on restaurants, recurring utilities, and groceries. Wealthsimple, simplii, eq bank for day to day banking/investing and if going travelling.

Just use lounges at other airports internationally. Way better than Canadian airport lounges.
