You need a jumper in the playoffs to keep the defense honest. Look at how the Griffin guarded Giannis, he completely sagged off and dare Giannis to shoot while the Nets players just guard the 3 point line. And once the Nets players realize the Bucks are not making their jumpers, they just clogged the paint to stop Giannis from driving. Easy defense because Giannis can't create space.
