I also find that too much sugar was used but not only that, too many utensils as well! For example, the bananas could have been put directly into the mixer with the eggs and the caramel could have done in the utensil in which the flan would be put in a ban Marie! To end on a good note, I will try your recipe because I did not know that banana/flour could/can be used for flan! Thank you.

I like the idea of no flour. So l would just change a few things. Add no sugar as the banana has some sweetness. I would skip the mashing of bananas and just use the blender. I would use less sugar to make the topping. It's looks delicious l will definitely try this.

It has 1 cup of sugar, a standard chocolate cake can have 2 cups of sugar thats not including the icing 😂😂 everyone sad about diabetes yet everything we eat pretty much has some form of sugar in it lmao
