17:01. I fully agree with you. As long as you are fueled with hatred and negativity as a means to grow, you will never succeed. I personally witness that scenario when I was working before as an agent in a call center. Two of our supervisors used this means and I both witnessed their downfall and never prosper. Their experience became one of the moral lessons I carry before I left the corporate world and worked as a freelancer. I hope this serve as a lesson to others who wanted to grow.
