I really can't get this thing to work; even following your video, the drop that is expelled is not big enough to fall from the orifice under its own weight. I cannot exert enough pressure to get a larger drop to form. Also, the flat top makes it very difficult to judge how close the dropper is to the eye. To make things worse, holding the bottom eyelid down for a much longer period than with a standard dropper is causing redness, soreness and inflammation. So I'm going back to my old Bimatoprost with preservative and take my chances. I hope that whoever designed this doesn't have to use it.

I have finally discovered how to make this thing work. You need to squeeze it much harder than a standard dispenser; and I mean much harder. It then dispenses the drop with no further problems. Unfortunately, the instruction sheet says, "Don't squeeze too hard." Define 'Too

Do I have to maintain pressure after the initial squeeze? I've just started using your dispenser after 15 years of standard droppers, and I'm having problems with it. If I release pressure on the dispenser does it suck the liquid back in?

Single use dispenser; from first touch, picking up from bag, twisting off top, applying to both eyes, 34 seconds. Standard eyedropper, 13 seconds. Ophthalmic Squeeze Dispenser (new) 3 minutes 7 seconds for ONE EYE! I've been using eyedrops for over 12 years. I'm not stupid, suffering from Dementia or permanently drunk. Why is your OSD so difficult to use?

This drop is not working with me so bad and expensive

I just put a needle in it. Otherwise i cant use 50% procent od product because it sucked by pressure.

This design is rubbish. It is almost impossible to use and wastes product.
