Gogeta Blue can Still 0 Bar Round Start T.O.D....

Gogeta Blue STILL has his infamous 0 Bar Round Start ToD/100% Combo. Gogeta Blue, Vegito Blue, and Android 21 (Lab Coat) all got hit with a whopping -50% Super Meter Gain NERF. This ONLY applies when they are not in Sparking Blast, so when they are Sparking, they still gain the same Meter.

Once again, all of the meter penalty nerfs that these characters got, only affect them when they are not in Spark. In other words, they'll still gain meter normally when in Spark. The real question is now, can they 0 Bar ToD Sparkless? 🤔

The gogeta 4 and vegito are still top 10, but its mandatory for vegito to be on mid or anchor now (that was his best position anyway so not like the meter nerf matters) and gogeta blue might still be around top 10 but idk
