GDPR Part 2 Demonstrating a lawful basis for processing data in compliance with the GDPR

In preparation for GDPR compliance, organisations will be required to demonstrate compliance with the Regulation’s principles and demonstrate a lawful basis for processing personal data. This session is designed to help organisations understand the requirements of the Regulation and provides practical advice on:
•Accountability and demonstrating compliance with the principles of the Regulation;
•The grounds for lawful, fair and transparent processing of personal data;
•Consent, legitimate interests conditions and purpose limitations under the GDPR; and
•Maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data.
