Do I have to feel pain from time to time, I just turned mine and normally I feel pain and pressure and that reassures me that I've turned it properly but sometimes I only feel pressure and no pain and I feel like I havent turned it properly. Tho a little gap is forming now. Is that normal?

Ok so I got those two months ago with no problems but today is the day I tighten my braces but instead of 1 turn like I'm instructed to do I got distracted and did to now I don't know what to do is there a way to fix it or do I just have to live with this until next Monday

I soaked my removable braces in hot water and it seems loosen what can i do without seeing my orthodontist?
