Omg I tried to tell my stepsister this. I was watching my neice and her breath smelled sickly so I told her mom to be watchful the next few days cause she’s sick. She didn’t believe me saying I was overthinking. Guess who was sick for a week 😂

It’s like a sickly sweet smell, disgusting. My mum always used to be able to smell on us when we got unwell, and now I smell on my kids
