I tried running Instant ID earlier today, but I kept running out of VRAM at the very end. I guess 12GB of VRAM isn't good enough for the newest SD tools any more.

I am trying to get this running but I keep getting a 'str' object does not have attribute 'shape' error when I leave the 'Prepare Image For Clip Vision' node installed. I assume this is b/c the InstantID Generation is expecting a img and not a str, but can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to change output. Am I missing a key step/model somwhere?

I've tried everything I can to get these nodes into Comfy, and they always fail. Portable Vs, Manual Install, All the diffused models in the right directories. Onyx files, uninstall, reinstall Torch, but I'm am about to try your links and edit this if it works.

I am currently using the 4070ti 12G, but it seems that this node is not compatible. It appears that only the RTX 4090 is supported at the moment.

It is great but it uses lots of vram, on 12GB 3060 I get out of memory errors sometimes.
