Omg I was going crazy trying to get my door to quit dragging on the carpet! It was SOOOO damn tough to open, I'm a big dude and it took BOTH HANDS for me to open it....I was not aware of that little sprocket-looking bottom pivot being height adjustable!🤦

Once I loosened it and added some height, it came right off the carpet and I can open the door with just TWO FINGERS!
