In this video types of matrices are explained.
At first, a quick revision of previous lectures is given. Then two main type of matrices Square and Rectangular matrices are defined. Then special square matrices Diagonal matrix, scalar matrix, and Identity matrix are discussed. Finally, Row matrix, column matrix, and Null matrix are discussed.
A diagonal element is the one in which row number is equal to the column number in which at lies.
