What is the chance for EU region this year DV22, in relation of lower applicant vs DV21 6.700.000 (for EU around 2.000.000), is it expected this year to be less applicant overall, less proportion of Africa meaning that bigger share of selection will be distributed to EU (DV21 20.000) this year maybe 25.000-30.000)? thanks in advance
