Funsho is a Christian. A lot of my friends married from Muslim families decades ago and the men promised them monogamy only to change decades later. They both agreed she should return to the US with the kids as things were hard in Nigeria for them so those blaming her for long distance marriage do not know the whole story. She sacrificed so much. Educated Yoruba Muslims used to marry Christians in church back in my time with promises of monogamy only for their list to exploit their religious loophole.

Take it or leave it, though it shouldn't have been Mercy Aigbe but if it was to another celebrity the story would be the same.
