Got a grade 7, 3 marks off of an 8. Was hoping for that 8 but it is what it is, still able to do A-level maths.

As a teacher I have noticed that the grade boundaries for AQA combined Science is always higher than edexcel maths. For example this year for edexcel higher maths 42/240 would give you a grade 4 that's 17.5%. For combined science higher you would need 93/420 which is 22.14% for a grade 44. It is much easier to pass maths.

Maths is by far my worst subject and it was my lowest grade. I got a 6, was aiming for a 7 but it’s definitely not THAT bad🤷🏻‍♀️ very pleased with my other grades tho

I got a 5 (2 marks off a grade 6 and my teacher checked said it wasn't worth re-marking). Thinking of taking a core maths course, but it might be too much work for me
