Homeboy needs to do up my 89 Sedan DeVille lol.... I've got the same issue, low miles for the year, pretty spotless, but the single stage is dried out looking due to sitting outside. When I take the time myself to properly wash, deoxidize, wax and polish...hell even use a spray on wax...she looks gorgeous.... for about a month. She definitely needs a proper detail, paint correction and polish and then ceramic coating.
