I'm upvoting this because it was extremely important and a beautiful speech, however, I don't necessarily agree with everything. I think Justice, Sotomayor exaggerated a little the immunity ruling. They were trying to get lower courts to clarify the official functions of the president. However, the vagueness is not exactly helpful because the matter is so important.
