Such intriguing architecture. I love a homeowner who knows who they are and decorates for themselves and their family.

Loved it. So warm and actually looks like a family lives here. I like how the drum set is just out among the other pretty stuff, making the point that this isn't a catalogue; this is where real people live.

Love the art and the eclectic look of the whole house. I worked professionally for many years in graphic design, illustration and fine art. I worked in several design firms fulltime working with interior designers and architects and also in a major corporation's design division at Aramark Inc. It was almost all commercial spaces of restaurants and concession areas. I also did freelance work with clothing companies developing brand identity and just about anything that art would appear on apparel from button design, screen printed and embroidery design, labels and hangtags My background is all over the place in just about anything that involves art and design, and I appreciate your home because it has it all. It's a work of art containing works of art. I grew up around it from a very young age and my father design directed four major companies in his career in design. You would have liked him. He was a very humble man with astounding skills. In his early days of the 1950's he even designed future automobiles for Ford, Lincoln Mercury and then rocket ships in the Chrysler Missile Program. He knew many of the greats of mid-century modern furniture design personally. It was long before any of them became household names. He was a WWII combat veteran who drew maps and did reconnaissance for the 69th Infantry Division with a little-known artist at the time Roy Lichtenstein. They were all throughout Europe during the war. I love everything art and design. It's what I breathe every day. He was friends with Paul McCobb and did some work with him as well when the planner group was being designed. I grew up in a home filled with the masters of that late 1940's through 60's period works. Thanks for sharing your space. It's inspirational.

Now this is what I'm talking about. First of all, there's color, which I absolutely love. I'm so over the beige everything trend. To me all beige/tan really speaks to not having an imagination or personality.

Secondly it's actually unique. These are pieces that not everyone has, very collected and well curated, even though I hate that overused word, it works here.

Lastly her pieces and art really accentuate that stunning home. Kudos to her.
