Im in crystal II and getting even th9 opponents is a challenge. I'm th8 max and in crystal II, I only find th10 opponents. The th9 opponents I find aren't worth to waste my tropps on as I barely get 5-6 trophies on the bases which I can three star. It's been such a grind really.

Edit - The army shown worked perfectly. It took me some hours but I have finally got 2600 trophies and got my 4th builder. I tweeked this army a bit. I had 10 archers, 10 wizards, 5 wall breakers, 2 Golem and rest Valkyrie. In my experience, 1 starring th10 and trying to get 2 stars on th9 proved extremely effective but to do this you need to know how to funnel correctly because if you can't then Valkyries will target outside building and end up roaming outside the main base instead of attacking the TH. In total, I lost 4-5 attacks, and got anywhere b/w 6 to 22 trophies while not 3 starring.

hi jo, i’m th13 and i wanted to say thank you! i have became th13 on november 22 and i have been upgrading heroes since that, i buy the pass so it gets easier than f2p. i am doing things like u so in a month i will have heroes almost maxed (rc is gonna be booked) atm i have aq at 74 (a book to use so gonna be max) king at 70 (71 before cwl)
warden at 48 (50 before cwl)
and rc 14

Th8, Th9 and Th10 Valkyrie user here.

You can replace eq with jump spell for extra rage spell. Most meta square bases can be 2★ easily. Here's my army:

10 Valk, 2 Golem, 12 Wizards, 4 Wall B, 4 Archers
2 Rage, 1 heal, 1 poison
CC if you want: Hog riders+freeze

If you're dealing with dragon in cc as th8, lure it with 2 hog rider by replacing wizards, and take it down with some some dragons from your cc. There will always be an entry point for the hog to be able to lure cc out.

If you're dealing with enemy Edrag in cc as th9, just put your queen to march along with the Valkyries, she'll take it down with poison and freeze.

I personally can vouch for this I personally just finished pushing to champions with a army that is similar to this, like a week ago. Good luck guys, The only tips you need is TAKE YOUR TIME TO SET THE FUNNEL.

Did a variation of the 2nd army and pushed into crystal at th8
Used 1 pekka instead of 2 golems and it works very well. Thank you for the tips.

Hey man! Glad to see you doing well. I've stopped playing but man when I saw this video my eyes lit up.

Pushing to Champs as th8 was one of my favorite experiences with the game. DO NOT sleep on those minions for % people. I remember so many attacks that finished at 50% because a minion munching an army camp right at the end.

I got advice from my friend when I started playing COC to never use gems so I got my fifth builder in early TH8 already if I had been more active I would even have it in TH7

i was looking at th8 in the clan exotic eight which was a pushing clan for th8 but they just shut down what i saw someone use was 2 golem 6 valks 4 minions 1 pekka 11 wizards 5 archers and 5 wall breakers and 1 heal 1 rage and 3 earthquakes with another earthquake in there cc and they had sneaky goblins for sniping townhalls in there cc and they were getting like 60 percent 1 and 2 stars on TH10s
