this module acts weird on me. img-loader doesn't seem to like parents wrapping around it, otherwise styles will always be off. Also useImg isn't super clear to me, it is used to add <img> in between img-loader? So do we use img-loader as a container in this case?

I think it doesn't fit Ionic 4, even i did a few changes to fit the version, it still shooting errors in console like:
`Uncaught Error: Can't resolve all parameters for ImageLoader: ([object Object], ?, ?, [object Object]).`
