$500, 000 for silver
$250, 000 for bronze
That’s in the currency of that country. Not all can afford in US dollars. So I get it.
Those athletes work very hard just get there to compete.

In the Philippines Gov policies is 10 million pesos gold, 7m pesos for Silver, 5 millon for Bronze.
ExAmple Carlos Yulo 2 Gold Medals will recieve not lesser than 70 Million pesos. And it will still go up higher that because theres a lot private company will donate for the pride that atlete brought to his country. All those atlete will recieve 10m pesos from the goverment.

It is a Honor to Represent your Country, so the Fame and notarity of being an Olympian is Priceless; However reaching that statis is costly in time, effort, and Sacrife, ... And that is why they should be paid... Gold 750k...Silver 350k...
Bronze 100k. They only get to Compete every 4 years, and their livelihood is hinged on Sponsors and Endorsements.

In my opinion, I would say, the fair amount is $3 million dollars per one gold medal, $2 million dollars per silver medal and $1 million dollars per bronze medal. ❤

They are marketing their respective countries to the rest of the world. They deserve to be compensated handsomely. However, they are also doing duty to their country and that must be taken to consideration.
