Yes please to the hot sauce and the chilli sauce. Love the time you are putting into these very useful tutorials.

Absolutely beautiful crop! I love chillies. I used to grow them too but not anymore, being homeless put a stop to everything that was good in life.

I used to make a nice chilli chocolate for a chilli/spices company.

The Mexican varieties are beautiful, all about flavour and much less about heat. Mexican oregano is also lovely stuff.

Lovely timing video, my work colleagues have been growing chili's in the office and none of them want them. So I will be making use of them. Thanks for the info and inspiration

Great tips: a definite "yes!" for Thai chilli oil and hot sauce, if you please.

Another great video, thanks. Can see why you do the blending outside!
Keen for your chili sauce recipe. I've done a fermented version following chilli chump on YouTube, turned out great and one from Jaime Oliver (ashamed to admit it) sweet apple juice chili sauce, great with wings. Enjoy the summer time mate.

Brilliant. Thanks. Would love the Thai sweet chilli recipe. I grow all my own paprika and grind our own paprika powders. Each year I grow a different spice. Poppy seeds for bread making. Turmeric. Chillies. Paprika. Also make onion tops onion powder. Great stuff.

While not a fan of hot Chillies I do like the flavour of some (herself has a cast iron constitution so she has been experimenting on me for 13 years.... :-0 ) We have plans to grow some in our just ordered greenhouse. Materials for my workshop (man cave, don't let on :-) ) are also on order after clearing the top of the garden and replacing a mess of a fence. Your vid's are an inspiration to keep plodding on to kick our place into shape.as nothing has been done here for donkey's years ! atb Rob.

I have recently found your channel and I am really enjoying it and all the knowledge I am gaining as I start my allotment adventure this year is going to be invaluable. Could you tell me have you continued using your dehydrators during this electricity crisis, do they cost an extortionate amount to run for 36 hours? Thanks in advance.

Great stuff as usual. Do you find the dehydrator gives off a chilli vapour? Bit worried about doing it in the kitchen, my wife is asthmatic.

Hugh, do you prefer to grow your chillis gently and more mild, or keep them more dry during fruiting so they have thinner flesh and more heat? Im not a fan of them too hot. Always grow for flavour over heat. But if you intend to dry some, growing them drier saves time on the dehydration

Do you still grow the Lemon Aji's?

Hi, have you got a video for their chill sourse. Think you have some on the finish product of potato wedges, which I'm looking forward to make. Also any BBQ tips. Thanks Jack

Will the seeds from the whole chillies still be viable?
