Wow, congrats man! this is a huge milestone. These 3 rubs all look like the spices are blended perfectly. If the color reflects the flavor at all, then I'm going to assume they are delicious! They all look so vibrant and colorful. I'm really impressed man. The Chud box was really awesome, but a line of dry rubs is above an beyond. Keep on keepin' on there champ. We appreciate all your hard work!

"Sweet Cheeks" has become a staple in my pantry for ribs. "Snake Bite" is great too on chicken, as you've mentioned MULTIPLE times. I'll definitely be picking up some of the poultry and pork rub to try! (no offense to the steak, but I'm also a classic S/P guy)

Without having tried it myself, best guess for why the chicken is juicier is acid. When you put together your own rub at home you're probably not including anything like citric acid or vinegar powder. By adding some with salt and leaving it for a while, it will dissolve in the drawn out water and form a thin layer of marinade. Even if I'm wrong, acid generally makes things taste better, so good choice adding some either way
