I'd just like to say as for a person who suffers from severe social anxiety and panic attack's - this helps me find peace. Music that I usually listen to has too much energy in it (in the way of - it's just jumpy type of music) so therefore it doesn't help me much at my worst. Playing this, closing my eyes for a minute does help me calm down and control my breath. Not enough it helps, but also sounds really nice and peaceful, so yeah - thanks for that :)
