U.N laws only implements on MUSLIM Countries. Like Palestinian issue, no action or sections implemented on ISRAEL. Same happened in AZARBAIJAN.... No sanctions or action implement on Armania, and many more. It clearly shows the PARTIALITY of U.N towards EUROPE and MUSLIM countries. All rule are for others and nothing for EUROPE. So far four UN resolutions has not helped more tan 1 million Azerbaijanis who has lost their land to occupying Armenia. Only logical solution to this conflict is to force occupying Armenia out of Azerbaijani territory.

Armenia occuppied???? Occupied what? Maybe Azerbaijan occupied Karabakh after Karabakh officially expressed desire to quit Azerbaijani SSR before it was even formed as an independent country. It was decided on referendum where the majority of nagorno karabakh voted.

im Iranian just want to say IRAN is in very difficult position here because both Armenia and Azerbaijan share border with IRAN so whatever IRAN does will result in one nighbour feeling upset. The report is highly biased and presents the situation only from Turkish perspective. Reality is different. Both sides of conflict have rejected to follow the UN resolutions, where the ceasefire was point 1. No cease fire was for more than 1 year agreed. Constitution of USSR provided the term of self-determination and independence for any autonomous republic, in case the Soviet Republic decides to withdraw from USSR. As Azerbaijan withdrew from USSR and Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Republic announced its independence as a result of referendum in 1991. UN main charter article 1 both provide terms for self-determination of people and this is one of the fundamental principles of international law. This happened to Kosovo, South Sudan, East Timor. Any aggression against regions with intentions to initiate such procedures of self-determination, any ethic cleansing that happened in Baku and Sumgayt against Armenians in 1988 were unnoticed and should have been strongly condemned by UN and OSCE. Be honest and tell all the facts please.

I'm really with Azerbaijan but I think Nagorno karabaq should either be independent or part of Armenia since the majority are Armenian Christians. Kashmir should also be part of Pakistan or independent. Self determination should be the way forward.
