For smooth glowing skin:
1 - Hydration is essential. It helps. Drink at least 2 liters water per day.
2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once.
3 - I stay away from all types of soap.
4 - I avoid junk food.
5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day.
Combined, all these steps helped me to get good glowing skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.
