I think they meant an ice hockey stick. The field hockey stick will definitely be easier on the hands. You'll probably crack the blade if you try to tee off with it.

For the most power though, I'd bring a wooden board so you can tee off with a slapshot. Practice at home first, you want the blade to contact the ground first, you want to push down with your bottom hand and open up your chest. Should be explosive.

U should use a frisbee attached to a stick

Putt as far as you can off the green, long iron one in close, wedge it onto the tee box, and drive it to your desired "tee off" spot. (A few feet)

That ain't a Happy Gilmore kinda hockey stick. He was a wannabe ice hockey player turned pro golfer and that's a field hockey stick. Not the same thing.
