10 is the equivalent of a arithmetic mean between 2 lines, one being 20.
Sqrt(ab)=10 where a=20. (Only positives numbers due to us acting with lengths)
Sqrt(20b)=10
(10^2)/20 =b=5
B+A=2R
25=2r
R=12.5

I used the power of a point theorem! If you know the diameter is perpendicular to the chord then it also bisects the chord. (10)(10)=(x)(20) where x is the distance to "complete" the diameter.
