Speaking of flexing, I built the 24 village raid farm. I had to tear down half a mountain so pillagers wouldn't spawn on it. I gave it an emerald floor with sea lanterns every 3rd block (it snows here). Currently I have this HUGE cave system under my base and I'm besieged by slime. There is a 3 chunk row of slime chunks. I don't have the storage yet and I'm going to add lava blades to the killing floor. Glow squid spawn in my water ways so I get glow ink as well. But I've decided to use glow lichen on each spawn floor and I intend to make each floor out of a different block. First floor is done. Material? Emeralds! Lol (however I don't think I'm going to make floors out of slime blocks and honey, for obvious reasons)

Literally have all of these in my Realm thanks to you. Really appreciate all that you do for the community. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas!

I'd have included a kelp farm. I always set one of those up early on so I always have smelter fuel on hand.

Thanks so much for that moss farm. Glad you included it. Totally essential, and you released it right when I hit mid game. You should release another version with (1) less lag, (2) put the lever on the same side as the chests, (3) add the bone meal and reloading mechanism so noobs like me don’t have to figure it out how to automate it.

Another must is a gold farm, the problem is there aren't many tutorials that provide a decent one that isn't a massive project for bedrock

I feel like you missed one. Mainly on bedrock only but a trident farm is a must and just as easy as these.

Love this! Could you please make a tutorial for a dirt/rooted dirt farm for Bedrock? The End needs terraforming! Good instructions are virtually non-existent on YouTube!

Your trading hall iron farm saved my sanity on my world

When starting a new world, I normally do the following farms in this order:

Early game (first couple in-game weeks):
1. Simple, manual crop farms including sugarcane, bamboo, pumpkins and melons.
2. Simple animal farms (cow, sheep, chickens - mainly)
3. Basic mob grinder (early xp and drops)
4. Villager breeder / walled off safe village / potentially early trading (mending, fortune, looting, and silk touch)
5. AFK fish farm - but not always since that feels too OP and probably a bug that will be patched soon

After this, I scout out a good AFK location for multiple farms like iron and the real mob farm - especially for anything that might create some lag - I want away from my main base or spawn location. In mid-game, after the iron farm, the order is less important

Mid-game (2 weeks in-game until Ender Dragon fight):
6. Iron farm (prefer to do combo iron-villager trading hall - at least for iron based trades)
7. Bonemeal-based sugarcane and bamboo farms
8. The "real" mob farm using trident killer and scaffolding - although I never bother with both sides, one is enough
9. Manual or semi-manual blaze farm
10. Villager-based crop farms

11. Froglight farm
12. Slime farm
13. Honey / Honeycomb farm - at least semi-manual

At this point, you are basically post-scarcity on the important items. Late game for the farm builder is all about improving or automating existing farms, adding storage/item sorters, and the more technical/intense farms. This is all a flex at this point and just gives you projects to work on in your world - especially after beating the ender dragon.

Late-game (Post Ender-dragon):
- All the other farms

We've built all these farms except the raid farm on our realm. Great list. Melon/pumpkin farm makes it rain emeralds.

Idk about anyone else but I've built all these these farms and by the time I finish building it I don't really need the farm any more. Especially a slime farm.

I remember mining two hole chunks to bedrock for my slime farm in the previous world. Thing was maxed out in like 10 minutes and fully jammed. Barely used any slime from that. Lmao

I love how on Java all mob farms are like magma, lava, fall damage/dripstone auto clicker and then on bedrock it literally a trident with some pistons

Loved the video. Also your tutorials for farms have been super helpful because I have almost no redstone ability. Also they work really well

My top 5 farms:
1. Iron Farm (irons are very essential for building farms, it is the best farm in the game)
2. Raid Farm (exp, emeralds, redstones, gunpowders, glowstones, sticks, totem, etc)
3. Sugarcane/Bamboo Farm (papers for fireworks and increasing librarians exp, and planks for building)
4. Moss Farm (bonemeal for previous farm, and moss is useful for mining diamonds since trim duplication need diamonds)
5. Sand Farm (glasses are very useful for spawn proof in farms, also used to craft tnt and concretes)

Hi Silent and thanks for the wither rose farm. I recreated it and made a wall out of opposing stone stairs, which were waterlocked as a blast shield. Also one block below your obsidian shield I made a stone cieling with water on top to protect the chicken farm. So the wither couldn't destroy the redstone stuff. (Thankfully, water has a blast ressistance of 100, way to strong for the blue witherskulls) Maybe you can implement this idea in one of your next videos.
