You hit this spot on...I was the Venus person. We were involved 10 years, married for 5. I was definitely damaged by this relationship and it nearly did me in. I had venus square pluto at 4 degrees with a guy (I was the venus). It takes over everything - your mind, body soul. He isn't a clingy person but become very obsessive over me. It's like your own private world with each other, incredibly intense and you feel like only you two understand each other. It feels like it's destiny -- until tension grows and there's an explosion that destroys the connection for some time -- although you will eventually hopelessly fall back to one another because the connection is so addictive. Very hard to move on from on both sides and the withdrawal can drive you crazy with grief.

Overall, super psychologically abusive. He was so afraid of losing me that he would try to use control and manipulation to have me. Recently ended that connection.


Also -- it was forbidden. It was a third party situation -- he betrayed his best friend to go after me.

In my 40 year marriage I was Pluto and he was Venus in synastry. He left me for much younger partner and she is also Pluto square his Venus. They have about 10 challenging aspects in synastry and my ex and I had 4 including this one. I also have natal Pluto square Venus in Scorpio so the depths of my love and devotion are almost unfathomable. I would say to anyone in a Pluto Venus relationship to try and work with it if you can go down to such depths and it could be very rewarding. I experienced this aspect with someone. He didn't accept the love I wanted to give him (it seemed like), he would literally object from the connection. Although we had many other aspects in synastry which indicated love, obsession, attraction, past life romance, soulmates...so it wasn't that he wasnt attracted to me. He was just being difficult (he was the one with pluto). Yah, and the love between us was forbidden....he was my professor lolol. im 23 and he was 36.

I hate this aspect for myself. I have the trine nataly. I think I mistake it at times. When I'm Pluto I hate it more. Too much anxiety and frustration and intensity in desire. On the other hand, my brother has this with their wife and their relationship is very peaceful and compatible. For myself it's rough. I have my issues with Pluto and i know that sinking dark feeling when i feel it, it's terrifying.

I'm pluto and he is venus. He pursued me for three months and I finally just started to give in. He gives me gifts and wants to take me on a trip. I wasn't interested at first but then we kissed and now I feel crazy. He also can't stop touching me when we are together. My Venus/sun conjunction (28 cap) squared a guys ascendent/pluto conjunction (28libra). 0degree orb. I was blown away by the pain it bought up, intense magnetism and obsession from me. So hard. Also our nodes trined within 1 degree, and my mercury conjunct his Lilith within 1 degree. Crazy combo.

I have this with my hubby. I'm Pluto he's the Venus. We've got a lot of Saturn trine, conjunct & sextile placements with our major planets so I don't think this is seen/felt hard. I'm also Pluto Venus sextile nataly so it isn't an issue for me. I love the lust between us but there's true love there too.

me and this person have this aspect in our birth charts and our synastry, but we have a double whammy of Venus sq Pluto, my Venus squares his Pluto and his Venus squares my Pluto so I never know who is effected more, but I can truly say that I was so affected by this and I just can’t continue to be in this connection, it was so overwhelming. We also have Mars conjuct Mars and Venus squar Mars. I have never felt anything like this with anyone else, I felt like I was losing myself the more I dealt with him. I have this both times his Pluto is square my Venus and my Pluto is opposite his Venus, my Pluto is square his moon and mars. Idk if I should even pursue this because I don’t want to be hurt, I want a relationship that last not something quick. 🥺🥺😭
