This. One reason why I love playing Taric support is that he has tons of build options to go bruiser or on-hit melee carry without losing utility if he gets fed enough.

His runes were more than likey hybrid pen marks, for sure are armor yellows, more than likely mr blues, and for sure AD Quints.

Masteries are probably 21/0/9 getting summoners wraith, sorcery, blast, and arcane knowledge. Then more than likely spell sword, brute force, havoc, not sure what else, and excecutioner. In utility he probably gets some mana regen but I'm unsure of what exactly.

Lulu is both a good duelist and excellent in teamfights. Lulu can play AD carry because of her damage and all the utilities of a support, which helps the team tremendously.

pretty sure pix is an on auto attack proc, because it flies out with the autoattack projectile

Stonewall is the maokai playing as you see, and on top of that there are teamtags in front of their names, so this was a ranked team match. She also probably wasn't planning this build at all, but since she got all those kills in the early game,

This is actually often overlooked, if you as a support player get fed, go with actual damage items, most supports have build paths they could take when fed to get more damage instead of just auras.

Even a tank like leona could get sunfire cape to hurt.

It probably does, but it doesn't matter, the dot duration isn't extended, only refreshed.

This blew my mind but when I saw the cover pic on youtube of this video with the cartoon lulu and pix in a black background for a minute I thought she was standing next to Spawn lol but then I realized it was Pix.

I might be mistaken but I think the person playing Lulu is a member of Stonewall's ranked team. The purpose of the video is that sometimes an unconventional pick can be fun and then do surprisingly well if the other team isn't prepared for that. From what I know of the current meta (and I could be mistaken) Stonewall's team looked fairly standard, Diana top, mao jungle, lux mid, and lulu vayne bot, but they surprised them and the enemy team didn't adjust quickly enough to recover.
