Many times the advice i get is stay in your lane, niche even further, Its clear that the way to go is have a strategy to cross into new markets, merge with those that make sense, i fill like its the best way to create several streams of revenue without starting more businesses from scratch. Great tip -business owners need to be in the business and not the project. How can a proprietor restrain themselves/be restrained from interfering in day to day implementation. here in Uganda, proprietors commonly kill off their business because of interference or ignoring laid down strategies.
