The 11400F is killer value. Not only is the performance similar to the 5600x, but it also runs considerably cooler 5-15 celcius! This makes it the best choice for ITX builds where it's more difficult to cool the system to lower temps

For a 150$ CPU, that's a great performance, still isn't necessary to upgrade from the 10400f to the 11400f.

I know im a bit late, but 10400f is the best here I think, and not because of the price, but because it consumes a lot less power and runs cooler, while giving similar performance, and yes it also the cheapest.

Im sure power limits on the 11400 are not disabled it never goes more than 70W, if you disable power limits it will perform near the same of the 5600x
