@3:26--it's a balk because he takes his pivot foot off the rubber before he releases the ball. And he also does a little jump off the rubber again before the ball is released. If I'm wrong, please let me know. Otherwise, the announcer is wrong.

The announcers don’t know what it’s called. It’s a balk. Pronounced “ bawk”. Not “bok”
