MikroTik L2TP/IPsec VPN Configuration (Connecting Remote Client)

MikroTik L2TP/IPsec VPN is able to create a secure and encrypted L2TP Tunnel between a remote client and L2TP Server across public network. So, a remote L2TP client can communicate to L2TP Server's local network as if it was directly connected to the local network. L2TP/IPsec setup guide is available in this video.

I followed this and a few other sources, and I have a working VPN connection. Problem is i cannot resolve names over the VPN. I cannot connect to networked drives or computer shares. I do not have a domain controller or a server (outside the mikrotik). Any suggestions?

Now am able to ping the server and other devices in the network of our head office from my home but when trying to access the sever am getting this error
the remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons
the remote access to the server is not enabled
the remote computer is turned off
the remote computer is not available on the network

Any one has the answer please?
