You could have blur the video to reduce noise

Teacher can i ask you somethin about opencv ? I can not measure the time in opencv projects for example when an object pass the line(its still in the frame), and I want to measure how much time did object stay out of the line or inside of the line ? Can you help me please?

sir i hope some trouble from the code that i copying from yours and modify as suitable as my project needed, it said "numpy.ndarray on read not have module. in ret, frame2 = img.read" but what i confuse is, why the ret, frame1 = img.read (mean out of while loop) is working properly meanwhile the ret, frame2 inside the while loop error, im using python 3.xx
