Awesome review Matt! It is worth mentioning that a powerbank's rated capacity is never equal to its the actual capacity. That happens for many reasons that have to do with energy conversion efficiency, heat losses, residual charge etc. That is why you should not divide the powerbank's capacity with the capacity of the battery you are charging in order to figure out the full charge cycles (in your example 12400 / 2280 = ~5 charges). There are many articles explaining this online and it happens for all powerbanks. Btw the amazon product page already mentions that this powerbank can be used to fully charge 2.5 Sony batteries which is closer to the 2 charges you mention. This is something I also learned recently and I thought to share :)

Thank you for your honest opinion. I've had mine for 2 days and the same thing happens to me with the battery capacity. I thought it would last about 5 full charges, but it doesn't.
That's why I'm going to return it.
