From January 14-24, 1943, FDR and Churchill met at Casablanca. The result of this meeting was the UK/USA demand of unconditional surrender by the Axis powers. This was not mentioned in the video.
Operation Uranus commenced on Nov 19, 1942 resulting in the German 6th Army being surrounded on Nov 23, 1942. This was a little more than 96 hours, not six days (5:38).
While this was a generalized video, you did correctly stress the logistical and oil problems that the Germans faced. As William Atwater put it, "It's amazing that the Germans held out as long as they did with as little as they had".

Italians were not represented in your graphic of Operation Uranus. They were located between the Hungarian and Romanians.
